Benjamin Nowak
Benjamin Nowak has been a student of theatre and humanity since his first core memory, and as much as his physical world in early life stifled his creative development, it was never enough to shake a childlike spark in his soul. Inspired by Poe, Dostoevsky, and Dr. Seuss (among others), he found an escape and outlet in reading, writing, and performing literature and poetry. After being kicked out of his family by the cult he grew up in, he decided to use his newfound individual freedom to pursue his previously squandered passions. He moved to New York in 2021 and has been acting, writing, and producing film and theatre professionally since. He has begun to find success and recognition, including his award-winning performance in the short “Star Cross” (2025). Performing adapted Dostoevsky is an honor he is grateful to do alongside his talented cast mates and wonderful colleagues attached to this project.
